Responsible for the planning and direction of external and internal customer relations programs. Oversees the customer-facing functions of the utility, creates, and executes customer strategies that align with company goals, educates customers about utility efficiency programs, and develops strategies to optimize the financial health of the utility and provide value to the community. Serves as a member of the Executive Committee, advising the General Manager on utility-wide management decisions.
