2020 Fall Board Meeting & Strategic Planning: October 25-27


The APGA Board Meeting is a quarterly event while the Strategic Planning Meeting takes place once every three years. The Fall 2020 APGA Board & Strategic Planning Meetings will take place October 25-27 at the Hyatt Regency in Louisville, Kentucky

APGA's most important work is performed through committees, subcommittees and task forces comprised of volunteer APGA members. Instead of holding specific committee meetings at this event, attendees participate in a two-day strategic planning sessions that helps set APGA's priorities for the next three years.

The 2020 schedule will include:

  • APGA Board of Directors meeting & new Board Member orientation
  • Strategic Planning sessions Monday & Tuesday
  • APGA Research Foundation Board Meeting
  • APGA Security and Integrity Board Meeting
  • Add-on 2020 Operations Conference (October 27-29)

Who Should Attend

APGA members who serve on the Board of Directors, various committees & taskforces, and all interested APGA members. All APGA members are welcome to attend the sessions, except where noted it is a closed meeting.

The 2020 APGA Fall Board and Strategic Planning Meetings and Operations Conference will take place October 25-29 at the Hyatt Regency in Louisville, Kentucky. The hotel is conveniently located next to the Kentucky International Convention Center.

APGA Operations Conference

APGA will host its 2020 APGA Operations Conference right after the Fall Board & Strategic Planning Meetings in Louisville, KY. Fall Board & Strategic Planning Meetings attendees will be able to select the additional Operations Conference option when registering if you plan to attend both events.

The Operations Conference will feature speakers and panels of experts on topics such as integrity management, regulatory compliance, research and development, and new technology. The conference will also include an exposition of the latest in products and services for natural gas distribution operations.
