APGA's most important work is performed through committees, subcommittees, and task forces comprised of volunteer APGA members.

Consider staying for an extra day to attend our May 5-6 2026 APGA Spring Conference. APGA hopes you will make plans to join this event!

Registration & Pricing

There is no fee to attend the Board & Committee Meetings but we still require registration for planning purposes if you plan to attend.

Register Online

Online Registration Instructions for Attendees: You will need an APGA login to register online. To add the Spring Conference to your Spring Board & Committee Meetings registration, please select the 2026 Spring Conference session when you are prompted to choose your sessions. When you start the registration form, you will be asked to choose a primary focus for the Spring Conference and you can select 'I do not plan to attend' if you are only attending the Board Meeting and/or Strategic Planning.

If you are registering multiple people from your system or company online, please choose GROUP REGISTRATION and select the attendee option per person. If you are registering a family member to attend the social events (receptions) and not event sessions, please register them as a guest.

Sunday, May 3 at 5:30 pm: Reception

Monday, May 4 at 7 am: Breakfast followed by committee meetings

Monday, May 4 at 10:30 am: Research Foundation (RF) Board of Directors Meeting

Monday, May 4 at 1:30 pm: APGA Board of Directors Meeting

Tuesday, May 5 at 7 am: Breakfast followed by committee meetings

Tuesday, May 5 at 1 pm: APGA Spring Conference starts

Wednesday, May 6 at 12 pm (noon): APGA Spring Conference adjourns

Who Should Attend

APGA members who serve on the Board of Directors, various committees & task forces, and all interested APGA members. Any APGA member is welcome to attend the sessions, except where noted it is a closed meeting.
