Make plans to attend the 2024 APGA Spring Board & Committee Meetings on May 5-7 in Naples, FL. The APGA Board and Committee Meetings is a quarterly event. 

APGA's most important work is performed through committees, subcommittees, and task forces comprised of volunteer APGA members, and they meet in person four times a year. Any APGA Member is welcome to attend this event.

Registration & Pricing


There is no fee to attend the Board & Committee Meetings but we still require registration for planning purposes if you plan to attend. Attendees can add the 2024 Gas Supply Conference or Communications Workshop to their registration.


If you plan to attend in-person with a guest/spouse, please use the GUEST REGISTRATION section to register them for the reception, breakfast, and lunch options.

APGA Gas Supply Conference

The Gas Supply Conference will inform attendees about natural gas market changes and challenges, as well as provide opportunities to learn about best practices for gas supply management. This conference will run after the Board & Committee Meetings on May 5-7.

APGA Communications Workshop


The APGA Communications Workshop is a new event aimed at being an interactive, collaborative experience for attendees. The sessions are set up as roundtables, panels and the like all with the aim of engaging attendees in discussions to assist in better communicating issues of interest. These issues and topics include crisis communications, policy & advocacy, internal communications, community engagement, sustainability efforts, and more. Our 2024 Communications Workshop will take place May 7-8 in Naples, FL.
