Charles Buck has worked at Greenville Utilities since 1990. In his role of Gas Planning Engineer since 2012, he manages the Utility Locating Section, works with network gas modeling, capital planning, and oversees gas compliance. Over his 34 year career at Greenville Utilities he has also worked with engineering design of gas facilities and helped at the Liquified Natural Gas Plant.
