Board & Committee Meetings: October 27-29

The APGA Board and Committee Meetings is a quarterly event, and the Fall event will take place October 27-29 at the Huntsville Marriott at the Space and Rocket Center in Huntsville, Alabama

APGA's most important work is performed through committees, subcommittees and task forces comprised of volunteer APGA members, and they meet in-person four times a year. View the meetings agenda.

  • APGA Board of Directors meeting & new Board Member orientation
  • Various committee meetings Monday & Tuesday
  • APGA Research Foundation Board Meeting
  • APGA Security and Integrity Board Meeting
  • Monday Farewell Dinner in Honor of Bert Kalisch ($50 per person)

There is no cost to attend the Board & Committee Meetings. There is an optional Monday Farewell Dinner in Honor of Bert Kalisch ($50 per person).

Who Should Attend

APGA members who serve on the Board of Directors and various committees & taskforces. All APGA members are welcome to attend the sessions, except where noted it is a closed meeting.

Conference Location

The 2019 APGA Fall Board and Committee Meetings and Operations Conference will take place October 27-31 at the Huntsville Marriott at the Space and Rocket Center in Huntsville, Alabama. Less than a day's drive from Atlanta, Birmingham, Nashville, Memphis, and Knoxville, Huntsville is easily accessible throughout the region. Book your room at the Huntsville Marriott by October 5 to get the group rate of $149 (plus state & local taxes and includes breakfast).

APGA Operations Conference

APGA will host its Operations Conference right after the Fall Board & Committee Meetings in Huntsville, AL. Fall Board & Committee Meetings attendees can select the additional Operations Conference option when registering if you plan to attend both events.

The Operations Conference will feature speakers and panels of experts on topics such as integrity management, regulatory compliance, research and development, and new technology. The conference will also include an exposition of the latest in products and services for natural gas distribution operations.

Attendees will get to hear and participate in:
