APGA invites its members to take part in the annual tradition of Public Natural Gas Week (PNGW) this October 6-12.

PNGW is a nationwide observance that offers a great opportunity to showcase your system and generate enthusiasm about the benefits of publicly-owned natural gas utilities provide to local communities.  We hope that all APGA member utilities join us in this national celebration.

APGA is here to help you plan and promote your system’s PNGW celebrations. Many APGA members (examples on the APGA Community here, here, and here) do a wonderful job of preparing promotional events and campaigns each year. For additional ideas, you can go to www.apga.org/pngw to download sample materials such as a stock press release, op-ed, design templates and suggestions for events to celebrate that week. APGA also has a new video for members to share on the value of having a publicly-owned natural gas system here.
