APGA and Spire Send Letter to DOE in Response to Letter Urging Final Action on Five Draft Efficiency Regulations

On May 1st, APGA and Spire Inc. (the fourth largest investor-owned gas utility in the nation) sent a letter to Secretary Perry, of the Department of Energy (DOE), in response to a letter sent earlier by several State Attorneys General in which they threaten legal action against DOE unless it publishes five draft efficiency rules as final rules within sixty days.
