Join APGA November 8-10 for the 2016 APGA Operations Conference in Chattanooga, Tennessee! The APGA Operations Conference will immediately follow the Fall APGA Board & Committee Meetings (you must register separately for this event).

Attendee Registration

Registration fee of $475 for APGA members and $595 for non-APGA members includes registration for one person to attend all conference sessions, breaks, continental breakfasts, lunch and receptions.  

The cost for each additional attendee from the same organization is $375 per person after one person from your system has registered at the $475 rate. If you are registering as a group, please press CHANGE RATE next to the names of the additional attendees your system is sending to the conference to get the $375 rate. Please contact APGA at 202-464-2742 if you are having trouble with the additional attendee discount.

    Exhibitor Registration

    All of the vendor spots for the 2016 Operations Conference are now SOLD OUT! Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at this conference.

    Registration fee of $675 for APGA members and $895 for non-APGA members includes registration for one person to attend all conference sessions, breaks, continental breakfasts, lunch and receptions. The cost for each additional exhibitor attendee is $375 from the same organization is per person.  

    Six‐foot skirted tables will be set up in the foyer adjacent to the meeting room.  Continental breakfasts and breaks will be set up in the vendor exhibit area.   

    Conference Location

    The APGA Operations Conference will be held at the Chattanoogan Hotel located at 1201 Broad St, Chattanooga, TN 37402. If you plan to attend the November 6-8 Fall APGA Board & Committee Meetings, please include those nights when you make your hotel reservations. The Chattanoogan is located in the heart of downtown Chattanooga at the corner of 13th. and Broad Street. Within a two hour drive of Atlanta, Birmingham, Huntsville, Nashville and Knoxville, The Chattanoogan is easily accessible throughout the region.
