April 22, 2013 - An amicus brief was filed with the U.S. Court of Appeals of the District of Columbia by the Commodity Markets Oversight Coalition (CMOC), a broad coalition of associations including APGA, in support of a Commodity Futures Trading Commission’s (CFTC) rule that would limit speculative trading in commodities.
