Day Ten of the APGA Southeast Tour - Buford, Georgia

The journey is the destination. I’m tellin ya, truer words never been spoken.

After 14 days and 2,000+ miles, Bert, Dave and I were back to where we started: In the throngs of Atlanta rush-hour traffic. But…have no fear…we didn’t let it get us down. When we pulled into the impressive Buford Community Center in Buford, Ga., we all had an overwhelming sense of accomplishment. We felt blessed to have had the opportunity to meet so many of APGA’s members: nearly 250 members from over 60 systems and member organizations. With one final presentation hosted by the City of Buford and led by the Municipal Gas Authority of Georgia team members, we concluded our adventure.

We offer a heart-felt thank you to all of those we crossed paths with the past two weeks. Whether dinner companions, meeting hosts, active participants, or silent observers, we are thankful for the time that you spent with us. We look forward to seeing you all again soon and encourage each of you to reach out should you need our assistance or even just a sounding board. We are here to listen and serve. Thank you.
