On January 8, APGA staff provided a webinar for new, as well as existing, APGA members that provided an overview of the association’s activities and how members can get more involved in the association. Dave Schryver, APGA’s Executive Vice President, communicated during the webinar that by becoming more involved APGA, member’s will have greater input into association activities and will in turn see greater value in their APGA membership.

The webinar provided an overview of the APGA committee structure and the activities of the individual committees. The webinar also provided an overview and calendar of APGA activities. Audrey Anderson and John Powers, of APGA’s staff, discussed APGA communications as well as the resources that are available on the APGA website. The webinar concluded with an overview of APGA’s two foundations, the Security & Integrity Foundation and the Research Foundation.
