On August 14, APGA hosted a webinar discussing the American Gas Association’s (AGA) Implications of Policy-Driven Residential Electrification Study. Rick Murphy, Managing Director of AGA’s Sustainable Growth Committee, discussed the report’s findings regarding the potential impacts of “deep decarbonization” policies. APGA members can find a recording of the webinar at www.apga.org/webinars. In addition to the recording, you will also find a copy of the PowerPoint presentation, links to the report and a summary document.

This webinar is the first in a series of webinars and discussions that APGA will be holding this fall. The goal of the webinar series is to explore the electrification movement and discuss how it will impact the direct use of natural gas, as well as what APGA’s response should be to this policy movement.
